Service Plus Contract
The Service Plus Contract provides complete coverage for mission critical applications. This agreement provides the following:
- Technical phone response of less than two hours.
- Overnight shipment of parts.
- On-site response of Keithley Field Engineer in less than 24 hours after problem is logged with Keithley.
- Semi-annual PM and calibration.
- Installation of field change orders and software patch updates.
Contract only applies to Keithley manufactured parts. Contract extensions must be added to support non Keithley manufactured parts. Only available in the U.S.
